I’m Vicky, mother of 2 daughters, lifelong learner, accredited Coach and adult trainer, lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) enthusiast.

If I had to “fit” the most and most representative information about me into one sentence, it would be something like this:
I’m Vicky, mother of 2 daughters, lifelong learner, accredited Coach and adult trainer, lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) enthusiast.
I started working in 1998, just after completing my postgraduate studies in England in International Banking and Financial Services. After 9 years of working in the banking industry, I realized that what made me happier and more productive was my interaction with people and their continuous development.
Since 2007, when I moved to the HR department, I have been dealing with issues of Training Development of People, having worked outside of the Banking Industry, in the area of Consulting Services, a large NGO and the Aviation sector, within a large multinational company based in Athens Airport.
Alongside my professional activity in HR, I am an accredited Coach from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), I am a Certified NLP Practitioner & Coach from the University of Santa Cruz in California, I hold a diploma in Positive Psychology from the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology, as well and certified Career Consultant from Kapodistrian University and candidate for accreditation on Professional Career Consulting from EOPPEP.
In addition, I am certified in the use, interpretation and feedback of psychometric tests by SHL and ARISTON Psychometrics.

During these years I became a mother twice, I was out of work for a while, I had to find a way to re-enter the labor market, I changed career twice, I took small, calculated risks that moved me forward, closer to my own personal purpose.
It was a difficult but necessary process to get to know myself better, to overcome my own comfort zone and to believe in myself so that I could feel fullness, satisfaction and happiness through what I am called to do on a daily basis.
I am a regular member of the Human Resources Management Association of Greece (GPMA), of EMCC – Greece EMCC Europe and other voluntary organizations, a regular speaker at conferences and events, a columnist on personal development and empowerment issues and in my free time I enjoy doing yoga, swimming and walks in nature.
