Συνεργάζομαι με την Βίκη Χαρίτου περίπου 1 χρόνο. Η Βίκη με βοήθησε πολύ σε όλο αυτό το διάστημα όπου είχα πολλές επαγγελματικές προκλήσεις και αλλαγές, να πετύχω δύσκολους επαγγελματικούς στόχους, να βελτιώσω επαγγελματικές σχέσεις και να δω τις καταστάσεις με μια άλλη ματιά η οποία με οδήγησε στο να είμαι σήμερα ένα άτομο με μεγαλύτερη αυτοπεποίθηση και πληρότητα . I came to Vicky having made the decision to finally take concrete steps towards realising a career change I'd been formulating for several decades. I had ideas but a lack of clarity regarding the most impactful actions to take and where to begin. Our first meeting left me feeling I was halfway there already!.Vicky helped me focus immediately with guided questions, together we developed a plan to bridge my current position to the role I desire, and she followed up with my "homework" to get the ball rolling. I now have a very clear action plan and the confidence that I can realise my dream - I am excited about my future and will certainly be seeing her again as the plan moves forward.
